Getting a library card is FREE for all County of Lennox & Addington residents. Your library card provides access to a wealth of materials for all ages and interests. Present valid ID with proof of local address to get a card.
Summary of Library Services:
- Use your card any branch of L&A’s Libraries. Check out items at any branch and return them to any branch.
- Unlimited checkouts. Most items can be checked out for 3 weeks. High demand items for 2 weeks. DVDs for 1 week.
- Request items online from any library branch and have them delivered to your local branch. The library will even bring in materials from elsewhere in the province.
- Access online services, databases for research and recreation, e-books and audiobooks, 24/7 at www.countylibrary.ca.
- Check out books for all ages, large print material, books on CD, DVDs (movies, television, documentaries), book club sets, community information…the library even circulates telescopes!
- Take advantage of dozens of programs each week across the County: children’s storytimes, lectures for adults, book clubs, crafts, pre-literacy programs, technology seminars, special events…and much more!
- All branches have public computers, printers and WIFI.
